Location: 1830 Dauphine, New Orleans

County: Orleans

Property Type: Bed & Breakfast

Haunting Activity: A couple dressed in Victorian clothing is occasionally seen by the owners and guests. Another spirit the owner has nicknamed "Jimmy" has been heard and sensed on the balcony.

Activity Reported By: Property owner and guests.

History: Built in 1860 as a private home, this property is now a bed & breakfast with three guest rooms.
